At clicksandco.store, we operate as your authorized purchasing agent, sourcing quality products from verified third-party suppliers.


We take full responsibility for facilitating secure, fair, and transparent transactions on your behalf.


This policy outlines your rights and procedures for returns and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
Non-Delivery: If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days from the shipping date.


Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives broken, nonfunctional, or significantly different from the description.


Incorrect Item Delivered: If the product received is not what you ordered.
Supplier Out-of-Stock: If your order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory Limitations.

�� All refund claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and supported by
clear evidence (photos or unboxing videos).


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or invoice).

4. Return Process

1. Email us at admin@clicksandco.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Include clear evidence if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Await return instructions. Do not return any items unless you receive explicit authorization.
4. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions based on the supplier’s location
and policy.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
1. Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) Perishable goods
2. Custom or personalized products
3. Gift cards or downloadable items
4. Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a supplier error or product defect, return shipping will be covered or reimbursed.


If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was never delivered.

7. Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and approved by the supplier:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

8. European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

9. Lost or Missing Orders

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
1. First check with neighbors or your local post office.
2. If not resolved, contact us at admin@clicksandco.store for support.
3. If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
