3. Our role is limited to acting on your instructions as your representative to procure and deliver the requested product(s).
By placing an order on our Site, you:
1. Authorize us to act on your behalf to place the corresponding order with a third-party supplier.
2. Agree to pay the total cost upfront to enable us to act on your behalf and fulfil the transaction.
3. Understand that you are entering into a facilitated procurement arrangement, not a traditional retail purchase.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
All product availability is subject to third-party supplier stock and fulfilment capacity.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order in the event of stock unavailability, supplier rejection, or mispricing.
Delivery is facilitated via secure, tracked logistics partners using passport-style handling standards where possible.
Estimated delivery timeframes range from 7 to 14 days, but may vary depending on destination, supplier origin, and customs processes.
Shipping is considered complete when the order is confirmed as delivered by the logistics provider.
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) unless stated Otherwise.
You may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges assessed by your local government.
We are not responsible for customs delays or associated costs.
Your rights to return or request a refund are governed by our Refund & Product Guarantee Policy, which includes:
1. Eligibility for refund if the product is not delivered within 30 calendar days of shipment.
2. Refund or replacement in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to photographic or video proof.
3. All returns are subject to supplier approval and must comply withtheir terms.
Shipping costs on returns may or may not be reimbursable, depending on the reason for return.

We accept major credit/debit cards via secure third-party payment Processors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClicksAndCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services.
Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration shall take place in Dubai, UAE.
Our business model is designed to operate in accordance with Islamic
commercial ethics, including:
Avoidance of riba (interest) and gharar (excessive uncertainty), Acting strictly under a Wakalah structure, Ensuring full transparency in roles, risks, and responsibilities.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
